Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

1. Refunds

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be returned before the online course or program starts.

2. Refund Process

To return an item, write an email to the following details: 

To: support@soulpilot.org

Subject: Attn: Refund of __________ (insert invoice/order number)

Body text: In the body text, specify whether you would like to move your payment to another session, or whether you would like a refund. 

All requests will be handled within 7 days from receipt. 

3. Exceptions

If the refund period has expired, and you would like to request a refund, please contact us on support@soulpilot.org stating why you would like to be considered for a refund.
